Too cold to wake up today, don't you think? I think I got cold from the CC vice-president! He has something behind?!
Today ride is Medium ride! Up speed till get our heart is pumping. Yep, it's same as Cardio. We are thinking to go to a cannel but let's see the weather first.
From 1p.m. there is Club Expo placed @ ground floor of MUIC. We have own booth. See new promotion video of cycling club

Ride together!
Hi, everyone :)
Very glad that there were many students and teachers came to ride with us! I was quiet worry about yesterday... because this is the first time doing activity for only women. But one of the great MUIC cyclist and also great English speaker invited 2 exchange students!! Hope yesterday's ride was enjoyable for them.
Today ride is for someone who cannot come to the ride on Monday. This activity is very flexible because if there are no novice riders, we can shift up to Advanced riding or men's/women's only ride(if you want :) )
Helmet and bicycle are provided by ride leader (10THB FEE), Stretch your body well and bring a bottle of water with you :)

Tuesday for Lady's Ride
Hi, everyone :)
We had new MUIC cyclists rode with us yesterday! We hope many girl cyclists join up today's ride :)
Tuesday for Lady's only ride, So be comfortable. This activity is to fill up what women need; shape up, beauty, health and so on.
Yes, We ride faster than students who ride mother's bike. But we will not ride fast as Mr. Allan! (He is doing hard training nowadays.)
Meeting Point @ Ground Floor, starts 4p.m. till 5.30

Meet us at Ground Floor :)
We provide bike and helmets, and activity fee is only 10 baht!
But let's check out the weather first. If its raining at 4, we will not going out. Safety first!

Mainly the website has informations about what is MUIC Cycling Club, and also Links for you to learn more about cycling in Thailand!!
For this website, our committees will post new rides every week. Including the route information, maps, aiming speed, contact lists of ride leader and assistants.
